Handling time

In stock items will usually ship the same day if ordered before 12pm UK time, however please allow 1-3 working days for despatch.

Back order items will have the lead time displayed on the product page, or contact us for more precise lead times. 

Shipping costs

Free next working day delivery for all UK orders over £150 (Inc VAT), or £11.99 (Inc VAT) flat fee for all orders below.

For all other orders, shipping is calculated based on order weight, and will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Duties and taxes

All orders outside the UK are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with all import local taxes included in the sales price and paid by Haze Tech before arrival to your region.

An Invoice Copy will be sent including your local taxes in order to reclaim locally.

Transit time

UK - 2-4 working days

Germany, Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man  - 2-11 working days

Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends and holidays. Weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.
