Warranty and Service
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee (as specified with the machine's supplied documentation).
This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition to routine maintenance should be carried out as per the manufacturers guidelines .
Products are carefully tested and inspected at the manufacturer and are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects when shipped.
Any equipment which is proven defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion upon written authorisation, according to the terms of the manufacturer.
We will not assume any responsibility for labour expended or materials used to replace and/or repair equipment without our prior written authorisation.
This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Using smoke fluid other than that recommended by the manufacturer of your smoke machine will void the warranty and could cause permanent damage.
For all sales of used machines, of which a manufacturer's warranty may not apply, 30 days warranty is supported unless specified otherwise when ordering.
Service & Repair Process
On request for service you will be issued with an Return Merchandise Authorisation ("RMA") number that will be emailed to you with further instructions.
For Warranty repair the customer will be responsible to ship the equipment back to our UK Service Centre for investigation.
Our standard rates for non Warranty Repairs are £50 Per Hour + Shipping (See Shipping Rates) + Vat
Following investigation a quotation will be provided.
Please expect a minimum charge of 1 hours labour on returning your equipment per piece of equipment .
Should a quotation not be accepted within 1 Month from the sending of this quotation , the customers equipment will be returned with the minimum labour charged of 1 hour per fixture plus shipping.
Should a product be found under warranty we will ensure the relevant cost are covered by the manufacturer, where applicable Trainer Smoke UK will cover Labour and Return Shipping costs for this repair or shipping of spare parts to be repaired locally.
Please be aware although service support will be provided to customers wishing to perform their own repair, Trainer Smoke UK will not be liable for those repairs performed, the customer should ensure to fully follow any manufacturer guide lines provided.
Please be aware that it's the customers responsibility to ensure security / pat testing is performed on their equipment as with hire companies is the standard proactive process before hire, we do not provide a pat testing service.
Following completion of your repair any issues related to this repair and the original fault seen, will be covered for 90 Days, customer to repackage for collection back to our service center.
Spare Parts Sales
We accept no liability to business or property for customers whom which who wish to order spare parts in order to repair on their own behalf, repairs should be carried only by Manufacturer Trained Technicians.
Should the Manufacturer in question provide any form of Warranties for Spare Parts, which in some cases can but up to 90 Days we will of course honour this assuming no failures are found by the user on return of the defect item.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return such items at their own cost should a failure happen.
Any Refurbished PCB's sold by Trainer Smoke UK shall include a warranty of 30 days. Following replacement all defect PCB's should be returned to us within 30 Days in order to be recycled.
